The program draft will develop measures to analyze imported products and localize them. It also envisions the expansion of production of industrial products that replace imports by large enterprises.

The following will be implemented:

* Developing investment projects for the production of substitute products and attracting investors.
* Establishing internal production by large enterprises to develop the "driver" sectors of the industry.
