According to the hydrometeorological service, daytime temperatures often hover around 34-37 degrees, and in southern regions, they may rise to 40-41 degrees. At night, temperatures typically remain around 18-23 degrees.
Starting from the third ten-day period of the month, the weather gradually cools down. At night, temperatures drop to 13-18 degrees, while daytime temperatures decrease to 30-35 degrees, and in southern regions, they drop to 36-38 degrees.
In August, the likelihood of rain is low in most parts of the republic. This month is considered mainly a dry period, and intense heat like that in July is not observed.
Experts emphasize that the average temperature in August will be 1.5-2.5 degrees lower compared to July, but it will still remain a hot period of summer. Additionally, temperatures in August are also changing under the influence of climate change.
According to data from 1991-2020 compared to 1961-1990, a difference of 1.2-1.5 degrees has been identified among average temperatures. Therefore, this year, moderate, stable, and dry weather is expected in August.
