
Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 41,051 protection orders have been issued for women affected by violence in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was announced by the National Agency for Social Protection. Protection orders are formalized to legally protect women from various threats and violence.
Through these orders, illegal actions against them are prevented and a guarantee of protection is created. Additionally, 512 women and their 709 children have been placed in rehabilitation and adaptation centers.
In these centers, they receive psychological, social, and legal assistance. Furthermore, 11,914 women have benefited from daytime services through the "Human" social service centers.
From the initial assistance points, 4,006 women were able to utilize the services. These measures are of great importance in assisting victims of violence and reintegrating them into society
