A 3-magnitude earthquake occurred in Parkent
On August 18, 2025, at 04:00, a 3-magnitude earthquake occurred in Parkent district. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The impact of the earthquake was also felt in several surrounding districts and cities. In Yuqorichirchiq district, the earthquake strength was 2-3 points, and the distance from the center was approximately 7 kilometers.

In Ortachirchiq district, it was felt at 2 points, in Nurafshon city at 2 points, in Bektemir district at 2 points, and in Yangihayot and Yashnobod districts at 2 points. The earthquake did not cause serious damage but was clearly felt by the population.
