
The government decision approved the regulation on "The procedure for implementing educational activities".
Educational activity is considered a type of activity aimed at the personal, intellectual, and spiritual development of a person, increasing social and economic activity, demonstrating intellectual and creative potential, and forming the necessary skills and competencies to improve individual abilities, opportunities, and communication skills, which is not covered by state educational standards.
The regulation defines the procedure and forms for implementing educational activities and includes the following:
- organizational and legal forms of implementing educational activities and the requirements imposed on those who carry out this activity;
- forms of implementing educational activities (lecture, presentation, seminar, master class, course, lecture, marathon, roundtable discussions, and other forms not prohibited by legislation, directly or online, individually or in groups, paid or free);
- the procedure for implementing educational activities, including the requirement to develop an educational program if there are minors among the participants;
- the rights, obligations of participants in educational activities, and prohibited actions during the implementation of educational activities.
One can engage in educational activities by establishing a legal entity or registering as an individual entrepreneur.
Engagement in educational activities is conducted on a paid basis in accordance with a contract drawn up in written or electronic form.
Participation of individuals under the age of 14 in educational activities as listeners is allowed with the written consent of their parents (legal representatives).
