Recently, various mass media outlets have circulated reports about a breach in the "Uzbekistan Airways" airline's database. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
However, in its official statement, the airline firmly denied these claims as completely unfounded. According to the company, all information systems and infrastructure are currently operating fully and normally.
Although some media sources presented evidence purportedly proving the breach, these are unreliable and do not correspond to the truth. It was even emphasized that some of the presented information is not related to the company's information systems at all.
Furthermore, it was stated that some of the disseminated information may have been artificially created or edited and was spread with the aim of misleading the public. The airline clearly stated that it has not encountered any breach situation.
In this regard, a service inspection was conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, and based on the results, necessary steps were outlined to strengthen protection and security measures. Thus, "Uzbekistan Airways" not only clarified the situation but also assured the public of the security of its systems.
According to experts, such unfounded reports may be aimed at negatively affecting the company's reputation, but the official statement dispelled these doubts (source: zamin.uz).
