Expired beverages destroyed in Tashkent
More than half a million expired non-alcoholic beverages kept under supervision were destroyed in Tashkent city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The press service of the city’s Sanitary-Epidemiological Control Center provided this information. It was found that the products stored in the warehouse in the Sergeli district had expired and their packaging was damaged.

The results of the examination showed that these beverages were dangerous for consumption. The total volume of the confiscated products exceeded 700 thousand liters.

According to the decision of the Sanitary-Epidemiological Control Center, these beverages were destroyed in accordance with sanitary and safety regulations. The warehouse is currently kept under supervision and inspections are ongoing in compliance with legal requirements.

Continuous monitoring and control are being carried out in various markets and retail points across the city to prevent the appearance of expired products. These measures are of great importance for protecting public health and ensuring the delivery of safe goods to consumers.

This situation once again reminded the city’s residents of the necessity to pay attention to the quality and expiration dates of products. Strict safety and control of products not only ensure healthy competition in the market but also serve to protect the health of the population (source: sec.uz).
