The processes of using state services in Uzbekistan are being further simplified. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Ministry of Justice, starting from November 1, 2025, citizens will be able to provide the necessary information not in paper form, but through their mobile phones or personal accounts. From now on, state bodies and organizations will no longer be able to demand information only in paper form.
Information provided through the State Services Portal will have the same legal force as paper documents. This will allow citizens to save time and expenses.
In addition, personal data of individuals will be provided in real-time through their personal accounts. New conveniences based on humanitarian principles will be introduced at state service centers.
Pensioners, pregnant women, and citizens accompanied by a child under three years old will have the right to receive services without waiting in line. This will ensure their quick and convenient access to state services.
Another important innovation is the use of innovative technologies in the identification process. Starting from 2025, it will be possible to undergo biometric verification using Face ID during registration through the unified identification system (OneID).
This will enhance security and simplify the process. Additionally, state service centers will gain the right to provide services to the population and entrepreneurs for all services carried out through the Unified Portal.
This will serve to provide state services effectively and conveniently based on the "one-stop shop" principle. According to officials, these innovations are aimed at reducing excessive paperwork for citizens and popularizing modern digital services.
Once the new system is fully implemented, the population will have even more convenience and transparency in using state services (source: Ministry of Justice).
