The foreign language teaching system is being expanded in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the new decision, Chinese language will be gradually introduced in higher education institutions, technical schools, and general education schools. This initiative serves to train qualified personnel and adopt modern technologies in the country.
During the President's visit to China, promising projects worth 35 billion dollars were signed in the fields of energy, geology, chemistry, transport, agriculture, and water management. Highly qualified specialists are necessary for the successful implementation of these projects.
For this reason, two "Uzbekistan–China workshops" will be established in each region. Practical training in vocational fields will be conducted in these workshops, advanced technologies will be taught, and the experiences of the two countries will be harmonized.
Additionally, over one hundred language experts and volunteer teachers will be involved in the process of teaching Chinese. They will conduct lessons together with local educators based on modern curricula.
