
According to NF Group data, Uzbekistan ranked third among the Commonwealth of Independent States countries in terms of the volume of high-quality warehouse real estate. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In the third quarter of 2025, the country had a total of 555 thousand square meters of warehouse space, showing significant growth in this sector. Kazakhstan (1.78 million square meters) took first place in the ranking, followed by Belarus (1.72 million square meters) in second place.
Uzbekistan entered the top three and is actively participating in the development of warehouse infrastructure. 56 percent of the existing warehouses in the country belong to class B, with 53 percent of them built as speculative projects.
Additionally, 20 percent are intended for the companies' own needs, while 15 percent are managed by logistics operators. From the fourth quarter of 2024 to the third quarter of 2025, a total of 160 thousand square meters of new warehouse space was commissioned in Uzbekistan.
In the coming years, particularly by the end of 2026, another 370 thousand square meters of warehouse construction is planned. The level of vacant warehouse space in the country is very low, amounting to only 1.7 percent.
Rental prices for class A warehouses average 156 dollars per year, which corresponds to approximately 1.9 million soms. For class B warehouses, the rental price averages 90 dollars per year, or about 1.1 million soms.
