In the near future, a number of new opportunities and conveniences will be introduced for students and citizens. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the government decision, from May 1, 2026, state services that determine disability will be implemented by placing the referral for preferential treatment at medical institutions into an electronic queue and forming it through a composite system. This innovation is aimed at simplifying processes and creating convenience for citizens.
Additionally, by the end of 2026, a voice assistant that automatically transcribes the doctor's speech during medical examinations, as well as an artificial intelligence-based "Doctor's Digital Assistant" program to assist in diagnosing patients, will be launched. These systems will increase specialists' efficiency and ensure quick and accurate diagnosis for patients.
Most importantly, starting from November 1, 2025, a part of the monthly rent payment for students of state higher education institutions will be reimbursed through the Unified Portal. This financial relief will play a significant role in reducing students' expenses.
Furthermore, from January 1, 2026, all state services related to education in secondary specialized, vocational, and higher education institutions will be provided through the Unified Portal. This will significantly ease document exchange and bureaucratic procedures.
Moreover, from November 1, 2025, the re-registration of vehicle registration certificates through electronic records of information about the installation of gas cylinders on vehicles will be abolished. This measure will simplify citizens' administrative tasks related to transport.
Overall, in the coming years, the use of state services for students and citizens is expected to become more convenient and efficient, reducing life and financial burdens. These innovations will contribute to further advancing the digital transformation processes in the country (Source: zamin.uz).
