Uzbekistan and Dubai expand cooperation in tourism
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Dubai, Abdulaziz Oqqulov, held a meeting with Muhammad Abdulmavla Musa Hamad, CEO of Walks of Dubai company. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

During the meeting, issues of expanding cooperation in the tourism sector between the countries, increasing mutual visits, and establishing internship programs for students studying tourism were discussed. The conversation was pragmatic and enriched with practical proposals.

Representatives of the United Arab Emirates highly appreciated Uzbekistan's rich historical and cultural heritage as well as its natural tourism potential. In this regard, participation with a special pavilion is planned at the international fair "Tourism on the Silk Road," which will be held in Tashkent from November 27 to 29.

This event will serve as a convenient platform for establishing new partnerships and presenting tour packages. Muhammad Abdulmavla Musa Hamad expressed his intention to open the company's regional office for Central Asia in Tashkent.

He also emphasized his readiness to establish direct contacts with major tour operators and hotel chains. The possibility of organizing a 15-day internship program in Dubai for tourism faculty students is also being considered.

The parties agreed to launch joint promotional events aimed at increasing the flow of tourists from the UAE. Within this framework, digital marketing campaigns, media tours, and promotional projects involving influencers will be developed, as well as training and practical modules for guides, tour operators, and hospitality sector employees will be jointly prepared.

The goal is to improve service quality and expand the diversity of routes. Based on the meeting results, a technical team will be formed to open the office, logistics for the fair and pavilion concept will be agreed upon, and the curriculum and selection criteria for internship programs will be established.

The negotiations were aimed at establishing a long-term partnership. According to experts, this cooperation will help expand the geography of routes and ensure a stable flow of tourists across seasons.

Additionally, direct flights, visa regulations, and improvements in infrastructure quality will enhance the effectiveness of the cooperation. In conclusion, the negotiations in Dubai combine business, education, and marketing sectors to elevate tourism relations to a new level.
