According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) measured in real-time, it has been confirmed that the level of air pollution in the city center and certain industrial zones is at a dangerous level. The highest pollution level was recorded around the Metallurgical Plant, with an AQI of 193 points.
This indicator signifies that the air quality is very poor. Additionally, the Beruniy district ranks second with 189 points.
The list also includes the areas of Murad Buildings, Medgorodok, DIDOX UZ, Olmazor, Chilonzor, Uchtepa, and the Tashkent International School. Medical specialists recommend that when the AQI exceeds 150, children, the elderly, and people with respiratory diseases should limit their time outdoors.
