
After today's warm and dry weather in Uzbekistan, cooler temperatures are expected starting tomorrow. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This information was provided by the Hydrometeorology Service Agency under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change. According to experts, on October 17, warm weather typical of summer prevails across the country.
Temperatures are around 23–28 degrees in central regions and 20–25 degrees in northern provinces. However, this warmth will not last long.
On October 18, new cool air masses are expected to enter from the northwest. According to the agency's data, temperatures will gradually decrease due to the new air flow.
On October 18, daytime temperatures will be around 21–26 degrees, and in the north around 15–20 degrees. By October 19, these figures may drop to 18–23 degrees in central regions and 13–18 degrees in northern provinces.
At night, the air will cool further, with temperatures dropping to 6–11 degrees, and in some northern areas to 3–8 degrees. During the weekend, mainly dry and stable weather is expected.
However, on the evening of October 18, short-term rain is possible in Bukhara and Navoi regions. On October 19, short-term rain is expected in foothill and mountainous areas, with the possibility of snow in high mountains.
Wind speeds will average 7–12 meters per second. In the capital, Tashkent, the weather will be variable with no precipitation expected.
The wind will blow from the east at speeds of 3–8 meters per second. Daytime temperatures will decrease from 25–27 degrees on October 17 to 23–25 degrees on October 18, and to 19–21 degrees on October 19.
