
According to data from the Supreme Court, over the past nine months, more than 1.1 million court documents have been accepted by courts handling civil cases in our country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Among these documents, there are over 50,000 cases where spouses have applied to the court for divorce. In the first nine months of this year, 1,135,823 court orders were issued to recover compulsory payments exceeding 8.2 trillion soums.
These obligations include child support, wages, utility payments, and other debts. During this period, a total of 472,932 civil cases were reviewed.
In 365,164 of these cases, claims were satisfied; in 56,804 cases, claims were rejected; 45,682 cases were dismissed without consideration; and proceedings were concluded in 5,282 cases. A total of 52,507 cases concerning divorces were reviewed.
According to analyses, in 27,578 cases, the marriage was officially dissolved; in 18,430 cases, the divorce was denied; 4,658 cases were dismissed without consideration; and 1,841 cases were terminated. Additionally, out of 2,375 cases related to reinstatement, 1,053 were satisfied and 911 were rejected.
In the appellate procedure, 9,672 cases were reviewed; in the cassation procedure, 6,357 cases; and in the supervisory procedure, 4,267 cases were examined. Hundreds of decisions made by lower courts were annulled or amended by higher instances.
