A new job opportunity has arisen for Uzbek drivers. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
There were bilateral negotiations between the Consulate General of Uzbekistan and the management of “Dubai Taxi Company PJSC” in the United Arab Emirates. The meeting discussed the legal employment of qualified drivers from Uzbekistan in the UAE, protecting their rights, and organizing transparent working conditions.
The company’s head, Sayid Amin Abdulrahman, highly appreciated the responsibility and experience of Uzbek drivers and announced his readiness to employ them in Dubai’s taxi service. Initially, it is planned to hire 200 drivers.
If their performance is effective, it is envisaged to employ up to 500 more Uzbek citizens. At the end of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to bring cooperation between the Uzbekistan Labor Agency and “Dubai Taxi Company PJSC” to a practical stage.
According to experts, this project is not only an important step in the field of employment but also serves to further strengthen the reputation of Uzbek drivers in the foreign labor market (source: zamin.uz).
