The Head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, received a high-level delegation from the United States led by Sergio Gor, the US President's Special Representative for South and Central Asia, and Christopher Landau, the Deputy Secretary of State. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

During the meeting, issues of mutual trust, open dialogue, and further development of strategic cooperation between the two countries were discussed. Representatives of the American administration highly appreciated the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan over the past eight years under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

They particularly emphasized the speed of changes in the country, openness in the economy, and the increase in civic engagement in society. Saida Mirziyoyeva noted that such dialogues are of great importance for expanding cooperation opportunities between the two countries and implementing new projects.

The meeting covered new opportunities in the trade sector, cooperation in public safety, and the development of human capital. Additionally, prospects for implementing joint projects in education, culture, and the economy were also considered.

Uzbekistan continues active cooperation with the international community through its policy of openness, attracting many partners to this process. Representatives of the American delegation expressed their readiness to support socio-economic reforms in Uzbekistan.

They showed interest in participating in projects aimed at improving the business environment in the country, creating new opportunities for youth and women, as well as aligning the education system with international standards. According to Saida Mirziyoyeva, such dialogues are important not only at the diplomatic level but also for enhancing mutual understanding and exchanging experiences between peoples.

This, in turn, stimulates the development of new ideas and projects. At the end of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to strengthen bilateral relations and expand practical cooperation.

Saida Mirziyoyeva assessed this cooperation as an important step towards a new stage. Thus, the meeting held in Tashkent remains in history not only as a political dialogue but also as a reliable action aimed at further developing friendly relations between Uzbekistan and the USA.
