New agreements signed between Uzbekistan and the USA
Important agreements were signed between Tashkent and Washington. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

At the conclusion of a roundtable attended by leaders of leading US companies, investment funds, and financial institutions, a series of agreements strengthening bilateral cooperation were signed. This event was held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the US Secretary of Commerce Howard Latnik.

The signed documents cover various sectors and serve to bring economic relations between Uzbekistan and the USA to a new level. In particular, the following agreements are noteworthy: 1.

An agreement on cooperation in the production of rare earth elements was signed between the Ministry of Geology and the company “Denali Exploration Group.” 2.

The Fund for Reconstruction and Development and the company “Re Element Technologies” reached an agreement on implementing projects for the production of rare earth metals. 3.

The Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade concluded a deal with the company “Flowserve” on the modernization of pump stations. 4.

The Ministry of Agriculture and the company “Valmont Industries Inc” agreed on the introduction of modern water-saving technologies. 5.

The Ministry of Digital Technologies and the company “Palo Alto Networks” signed an agreement to expand cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence. 6.

A contract for aircraft delivery was signed between “Uzairways” and the company “Boeing.” 7.

The companies “Datacrop” and “Louis Dreyfus Company” signed a contract for the supply of soybean products. 8.

“Uzsanoatexport” and the company “Cargill” reached an agreement on cotton supply. These agreements are of significant importance for the development of various sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy.
