
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has officially licensed the country's first microfinance bank. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This news was announced by the National Bank. It was stated that the "Tayabb Finans" microfinance organization changed its status and became the first institution to obtain bank status.
The official license was granted to the joint-stock company "Tayabb Finans Microfinance Organization." From now on, the organization will continue its activities under the name "Tayanch."
This decision was made by the Management Board of the Central Bank, and necessary changes are currently being made in the relevant registers. It was emphasized that this process is being carried out promptly.
This decision is considered an important step aimed at developing the microfinance system in the country and expanding the range of financial services available to the population.
