Students were given the opportunity to cover rental payments

From now on, students studying at higher education institutions and living in rented accommodation will have the opportunity to receive partial reimbursement of their rental payments from the government. This was reported by the government portal.

This process is carried out entirely online. Students are not required to visit the university or the bank.

It is enough to apply through the my.gov.uz portal for the service “Partial coverage of monthly rental payments for state higher education students.” No additional documents are required during the application process, as the system automatically verifies the necessary information.

If the application is approved, students studying in Tashkent city will be reimbursed an amount equal to one base calculation unit, while students living in the regions will receive half of that amount. Applications are accepted from the 1st to the 7th of each month.

This opportunity will greatly help thousands of students reduce their rental expenses.
