
A criminal case has been initiated regarding an incident that occurred in Ohangaron district in November 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
It has been revealed that a man entered a retail store and inflicted bodily injury on a female seller. According to information from the Tashkent region internal affairs department, the incident arose from disputes between a 33-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman.
The man has been held criminally responsible for intentionally causing minor bodily harm to the woman. It was also found that the accused man has been a member of the Hunting Society since 2021.
Following the incident, his hunting weapon was confiscated and his hunting license was revoked. Additionally, it was emphasized that some initially circulated information was incorrect.
In particular, it was clarified that the man resides not in the Koksaroy neighborhood of Ohangaron district, but in the city of Angren. Furthermore, the injured woman stated that they are not husband and wife.
The Ohangaron district internal affairs department initiated the criminal case within 20 days after the incident. On November 14, 2025, the Ohangaron district court applied a preventive measure in the form of detention against this man.
