
In January-September 2025, a total of 72 thousand tons of cement were imported into Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This figure is 8.6 times less compared to the same period last year. This information was presented in the report of the State Statistics Committee.
In terms of monetary equivalent, the volume of cement imports amounted to 4.4 million dollars. Kazakhstan is the leading supplier country.
33.7 thousand tons of cement were imported from this country. Iran ranks second, supplying 31.2 thousand tons of cement.
Additionally, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan exported 2.7 thousand tons and 2.5 thousand tons of cement respectively. Russia supplied more than 1.2 thousand tons of construction materials, taking fifth place.
