The Russian government has approved a new draft law requiring foreign nationals to undergo mandatory medical examinations. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this law, migrants will be required to ensure they undergo medical examinations within the specified timeframes. If migrants fail to comply with this requirement, fines may be imposed on them.
Additionally, the law provides for liability measures against individuals who violate the procedures for conducting medical examinations. These new rules are aimed at monitoring the health of migrants and ensuring public health.
At the same time, strict control over the established procedures is emphasized. This draft law places additional responsibilities on migrants and aims to systematically implement the medical examination process.
