On November 20, 2025, the President's decree No. PF–222 was adopted. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this document, starting from February 1, 2026, new social benefits will be introduced for children from low-income families. These measures are being implemented to ensure social equality and support youth.
Within the framework of the new system, various assistance will be provided in the areas of education, military service, and vocational training. In particular, military service in the mobilization reserve will now be carried out free of charge.
The previously provided subsidy in this area will be discontinued, and all expenses will be covered by the state. At the same time, financial support will be provided in certain areas through the "Youth Register" fund.
For example, payments for training courses in categories A, B, D, and DE for obtaining a driver's license will be subsidized. This aims to increase young people's employment opportunities.
Additionally, contract fees for students studying in vocational and higher education institutions will also be partially covered. Up to 50 percent of the contract amount will be paid by the state based on a social contract.
This benefit should not exceed 50 times the base calculation amount during one academic year. Such an approach is aimed at expanding young people's access to education.
