Uzbekistan has ratified UNESCO's Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
By joining this international document, the process of recognizing Uzbek diplomas in foreign countries will be significantly simplified. It will now be easier to legalize Uzbek diplomas in countries that are members of the Convention.
Three months after the ratification act is officially submitted to UNESCO, Uzbekistan will become a full participant of this Convention. This will simplify the process for Uzbeks to validate their qualifications in countries such as South Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
These countries not only have a demand for highly qualified specialists but also stand out for the transparency of their diploma recognition processes. It is important to emphasize that Uzbekistan is the first country in Central Asia to join this Convention and will be registered as the 39th country worldwide.
This will contribute to strengthening our country's position in the international education system. Source: zamin.uz
