A new system will be introduced in Uzbekistan to improve legislation and abolish excessive documents. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Ministry of Justice announced that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed the relevant decree on this matter. Based on this decree, it is planned to abolish nearly 800 outdated laws and documents in the country.
In addition, the obligation for entrepreneurs to record financial transactions in the E-active system will be abolished. This, in turn, will create conveniences in conducting entrepreneurial activities.
Furthermore, the cost of state services for registering real estate pledges is planned to be reduced by half. The decree also pays special attention to expanding the rights of persons with disabilities.
For individuals who have not been able to register land plot rights, the opportunity to benefit from tax incentives based on alternative documents will be created. These measures serve to ensure social equality in society.
