Uzbek-French University will be established in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On measures to establish the Uzbek-French University" with the aim of taking the training of highly qualified personnel in the country to a new level. This decree aims to strengthen cooperation between Uzbekistan and France in the field of education, introduce modern educational standards, and create opportunities for youth that meet international requirements.
According to the decree, the university will operate based on Uzbek legislation and the recommendations of the consortium of French universities. This will ensure that the educational process is organized in accordance with global standards.
Initially, the university will start the educational process in master's degree programs. Later, bachelor's and doctoral programs will also be opened for fields with high demand.
In addition, special courses are planned to be organized to prepare applicants for the admission process. Education at the university will be provided through state grants and tuition contracts.
Graduates may receive two types of diplomas: one is the university's own diploma, and the other is an international diploma issued based on the educational program of the consortium of French universities. These documents are fully recognized within Uzbekistan and expand opportunities for students to work and study abroad.
The establishment of the new university is an important step in the country's higher education system, providing youth with modern knowledge, an international approach, and an education environment close to practical experience. This initiative is significant in securing the future of young people and enhancing the country's intellectual potential.
