
Efforts to improve the environmental conditions in Tashkent city are showing initial results. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Aziz Abduhakimov, head of the special ecology commission, as a result of important measures taken, the air quality in the capital has slightly improved. He stated that these achievements represent the first phase, and work will continue.
Aziz Abduhakimov emphasized that 30 working groups have been established in Tashkent to monitor and improve the ecological situation. More than 300 experienced specialists have been involved in these groups.
On November 24, raids were organized throughout the city with the participation of representatives from the National Ecology Committee, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Guard, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These measures are aimed at protecting the health of the capital's residents and improving the environment.
