According to the Uzbekistan Republic Hydrometeorology Service ("O‘zgidromet"), from December 1 to 4, the weather across the country is expected to be mostly dry and variable. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

There is a possibility of rain in some regions. In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, winds blowing from east to west will reach speeds of 7–12 meters per second.

At night, temperatures will range from 0 to -5 degrees Celsius cold, while during the day it will be warm at +7 to +12 degrees Celsius. No precipitation is expected in Bukhara and Navoi regions; nighttime temperatures will be between -2 and +5 degrees, and daytime temperatures between +10 and +15 degrees.

In Tashkent, Samarkand, Syrdarya, and Jizzakh regions, dry weather will prevail from December 1 to 3, with some rain possible in certain areas on December 4. There is also a chance of fog.

Daytime temperatures will be around +10 to +15 degrees, and nighttime temperatures around -2 to +3 degrees. In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, mainly dry weather is expected.

Only on December 4 might light rain occur in Kashkadarya. Temperatures during the day will be +12 to +17 degrees, at night 0 to +5 degrees, and in some places dropping to -2 degrees.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, foggy weather will persist, with no precipitation expected. Night temperatures will be between -2 and +3 degrees, and daytime temperatures between +8 and +13 degrees.

In mountainous areas, no precipitation is expected from December 1 to 3, but on December 4, rain or snow is possible in some places. Night temperatures will be around -2 to +3 degrees, and daytime temperatures around +5 to +10 degrees.
