
As of November 28, improvement works continued in the city of Tashkent. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
A total of 206 streets with a combined length of 496 kilometers were washed, trees and bushes were cleaned, and more than 3,000 tons of waste were removed from the city area. Additionally, 109 fountains located in the city were put into operation.
Moreover, irrigation systems were established in front of 108 schools, 81 kindergartens, banks, and customer service centers. Improvement works were also carried out in markets and large shopping centers, fountains and water basins were activated, and roofs, trees, and irrigation systems were cleaned.
During inspections, a number of violations were identified. In particular, 84 individuals were warned, and 16 people were fined a total of 32.96 million soums.
Furthermore, 127 trucks violating transportation rules were identified, and legal measures were taken against the drivers. All work was organized in two shifts, and continuous measures are being implemented to keep the city clean and orderly.
