Explosion in Guliston: 3 people died, 26 people hospitalized
The Ministry of Health has issued an official statement regarding the explosion in the city of Guliston, reports Upl.uz. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The incident occurred in one of the cafes in Guliston city, resulting in 29 citizens suffering various degrees of burns and injuries. Of these, 26 were admitted to the Sirdaryo region branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care.
Three citizens did not require inpatient treatment and were sent home. Unfortunately, three citizens in critical condition have passed away.
Another patient is in serious condition and is being treated while connected to an artificial respiration device. The condition of five patients being treated in the intensive care unit is stable; they are breathing independently and are conscious.
Additionally, two pregnant women were transferred to the Sirdaryo region branch of the Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health. Their condition is assessed as satisfactory.
The health of the remaining 15 patients is also satisfactory; they are being treated in the appropriate departments. The hospital has provided all patients with the necessary medications and is delivering qualified medical care according to established standards.
