President: The effectiveness of communication with the people will be increased

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed information on the work being carried out to develop communication between state institutions and the population and to increase its effectiveness. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

At a time when large-scale reforms are being implemented in our country, special attention is being paid to establishing close ties with the population, improving the activities of People's Reception Offices, and deeply studying public opinion. This process is becoming an important factor in decision-making that takes into account the views of the population.

Within the framework of changes taking place in all spheres of state and social life, it is necessary to fully study the needs and aspirations of citizens. Programs developed using modern sociological methods and analytical approaches serve to increase the effectiveness of state activities.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev defined consistent development of communication with the people and making decisions based on citizens' opinions as one of the main tasks of state governance. Prompt and effective responses to citizens' appeals, systematic analysis of information, and proposing solutions based on sociological research help strengthen public trust in the state.

It was emphasized that strengthening continuous dialogue between the people and the state, using modern technologies and approaches, and regularly monitoring public opinion are urgent tasks. Clear instructions were given to officials to improve mechanisms of communication with citizens and increase the efficiency of handling appeals.
