The President acknowledged the reforms being carried out based on the Constitution and noted that these principles serve as a source of strength, enthusiasm, and inspiration for our people in building the New Uzbekistan. It was emphasized that the activities of the national parliament and local councils are steadily developing based on the principles of popular sovereignty and representative democracy.
