Humans company declared bankrupt, services stopped

According to information provided by the Central Bank as of December 9, all payment services carried out by “Octagram” Joint Stock Company through the Humans application have been temporarily suspended. It has been revealed that the economic court issued a decision on October 14 declaring the Humans company bankrupt.

At the same time, the company’s activities have not been completely closed, but the liquidation process has begun. This means that all operations carried out through the company, including payment services, court, and other legal proceedings, will be restricted until completion.

The Central Bank stated that an investigation is underway regarding the funds on Humans cards. Currently, a full audit process is ongoing concerning users’ funds, their withdrawal, and return.

The regulator said that additional information will be provided in the coming days. This situation has caused concern among thousands of consumers using Humans services.

Experts emphasize that all processes must be carried out legally and under strict control. The additional comments expected from the Central Bank in the near future may further clarify how the situation will be resolved.
