Uzbekistan's porcelain imports increased by 33 percent
In January-October 2025, the volume of porcelain product imports by Uzbekistan increased significantly. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the State Statistics Committee, during this period the country purchased porcelain products from abroad worth 15.6 million US dollars. This figure is 33.3 percent higher compared to the same period last year.
The majority of imported products were brought from China. China exported porcelain products worth 13.1 million dollars to Uzbekistan.
Additionally, Turkey supplied products worth 896 thousand dollars, Russia 356 thousand dollars, Germany 266 thousand dollars, and Italy 201 thousand dollars. Overall, Uzbekistan imported porcelain and ceramic products from 41 countries.
