President sets anti-corruption measures
On December 10, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the ongoing efforts to combat corruption, ensure the rule of law, and digitize the sector. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that corruption negatively impacts the country's development and that its prevention is one of the priority directions of state policy. Recently, internal control systems in government agencies have been strengthened, and major financial errors were identified as a result of inspections conducted.

Measures have been taken to prevent the misuse of funds, which contributes to the efficient use of state resources. The issue of holding officials accountable was also discussed.

The importance of digitization in preventing corruption was particularly acknowledged at the meeting. Specifically, concrete plans were outlined to establish a risk analysis center, integrate databases into a unified system, and increase transparency in public procurement processes.

Additionally, clear instructions were given to responsible parties to strengthen public oversight in the fight against corruption, expand preventive measures, and prevent economic crimes. These measures aim to ensure transparency in the sector and increase citizens' trust in government agencies.
