
From January to October 2025, more than 75 thousand foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for medical treatment. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This information was announced by the National Statistics Committee. The main flow of medical tourism came from neighboring countries.
Tajikistan leads in this regard, ranking first with 53 thousand citizens. Kyrgyzstan (13 thousand) and Kazakhstan (7 thousand) followed in the next positions.
Additionally, 1.7 thousand citizens from Russia, 533 from Afghanistan, 43 from Turkey, and 15 from the USA came to Uzbekistan's medical institutions for treatment. These figures indicate the increasing quality of medical services and the favorable conditions created for foreign citizens in Uzbekistan.
