Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the operation of methane gas filling stations in the territory of Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Ministry of Energy, due to technical malfunctions in the gas networks of a neighboring country, the volume of imported natural gas has decreased. Taking this situation into account, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply to residential households and social sector facilities has been set as a priority task.
For this reason, in coordination with local authorities, temporary restrictions on the operation of methane gas filling stations are planned to be introduced. These measures are aimed at stabilizing gas pressure and ensuring efficient use of available resources.
Necessary technical work is being carried out to improve the situation. Officials have stated that additional information will be provided regularly.
