In Moynaq, 2.4 million cubic meters of gas are extracted daily

High-pressure natural gas flow was obtained from the 2nd exploration well located in Moynoq district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It was reported that 2.4 million cubic meters of gas are extracted daily from this well. This well was drilled by local specialists using modern foreign drilling technologies.

The design depth of the well is 5,000 meters. This indicates its significant potential and importance.

The drilling operations were carried out by specialists of "O‘zneftgaz Drilling Works" LLC, which belongs to the joint-stock company "Uzbekneftegaz". Currently, work is ongoing on other deep wells in the area.

According to experts, high-pressure gas flow is expected to be obtained from these wells by the end of the year. This process will make a significant contribution to strengthening the country's energy security and developing the local economy.
