
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the "Yunusobod Gallery" trade, service, and business center located in the Yunusobod district of Tashkent city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This complex is built on an area of two and a half hectares and embodies modern trade and commercial infrastructure. The center has a total of more than 53 thousand square meters of trade and commercial spaces.
Foreign investment of 14 million dollars was attracted for this project. Several well-known foreign brands have started operations in the complex.
Currently, more than 100 retail outlets have opened in the center, creating nearly 500 new jobs. According to calculations, up to 2.5 million visitors are expected to come to this trade center annually.
The total cost of the project amounts to 43 million dollars. The architectural and design solution of the complex is also particularly noteworthy.
It won first place in the international architectural competition held among CIS countries this year. Such large-scale projects play an important role in the development of the country's economy.
