
The weather forecast for December 25 across Uzbekistan has been announced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to "Uzhydromet" data, on Thursday, relatively warm and mild winter weather will be observed in the country. In Tashkent city, the weather will be variable, with no precipitation expected.
The wind will blow from the east at a speed of 3-8 meters per second. The temperature at night is expected to be 0–2 degrees Celsius above zero, and during the day 10–12 degrees Celsius above zero.
In some parts of Karakalpakstan, rain or snow may fall, and fog may also occur. At night, temperatures will range from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees above zero, and during the day around 0–5 degrees Celsius above zero.
No precipitation is expected in Khorezm region, with daytime temperatures remaining between 2–7 degrees Celsius above zero. Weather will be stable in Bukhara and Navoi regions, with a possibility of fog in some areas.
Daytime temperatures will be 7–12 degrees Celsius above zero. In Tashkent, Sirdaryo, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, daytime temperatures will be 8–13 degrees Celsius above zero.
No precipitation is expected in Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions either, with daytime temperatures forecasted to be 8–13 degrees Celsius above zero. In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, daytime temperatures are expected to be around 3–8 degrees Celsius above zero.
No precipitation will be observed in foothill and mountainous areas, but there is a possibility of increased wind in some places. Daytime temperatures in these areas will be 3–8 degrees Celsius above zero.
Experts noted that due to the warming of the air, atmospheric inversion may strengthen, leading to the accumulation of PM2.5 and PM10 particles in the lower layers. This condition may persist until the end of the week.
