Within the framework of the privatization process, it is planned to transfer 100 percent of the state-owned shares in the company to the private sector. The current stage is the final phase of international bidding.
Initially, 10 foreign investors showed interest in this process, of which 7 advanced to the final stage. In the final phase, 6 contenders submitted their price offers.
This process is being carried out with the participation of internationally recognized advisory organizations such as Rothschild & Co, KPMG, and Deloitte. All privatization activities have been approved by the State Privatization Commission.
