According to the data from the Hydrometeorological Service Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“O‘zgidromet”), cold and humid weather will persist across the country on January 24. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

In some areas, snowfall, fog, and icy road conditions may be observed. Drivers and passengers are advised to take precautionary measures.

The weather in Tashkent city will be variable. Light snowfall may occur in some places at night and in the morning, with a possibility of fog.

The wind will blow from the northeast at a speed of about 3–8 meters per second. The temperature at night will be 2–4 degrees below zero, and during the day it will be 0–2 degrees above zero.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the weather will be variable, with snowfall in some places. Fog may be observed in certain areas.

The temperature at night will drop to 12–17 degrees below zero, and in the Ustyurt region it will decrease to 18–22 degrees below zero. During the day, the temperature will be 2–7 degrees below zero.

No precipitation is expected in Khorezm region, but fog is possible. The wind will blow from the northeast at a speed of 7–12 meters per second.

The temperature at night will be 9–14 degrees below zero, and during the day it will be 1–4 degrees below zero. In Bukhara region, the weather will be variable with no precipitation expected.

Fog may occur in some places. The temperature at night will be 6–11 degrees below zero, and in desert areas it may be 12–14 degrees below zero.

During the day, the temperature will be 1–5 degrees above zero. In Navoi region, the weather will be cloudy with almost no precipitation expected.

The temperature at night will be 0–5 degrees below zero, and during the day 2–6 degrees above zero. Snowfall will continue in foothill and mountainous areas, and in some places it may be heavy.

There is a risk of icy roads and snow avalanches. The temperature at night will be 10–18 degrees below zero, and during the day 5–10 degrees below zero.
