The 2026 “Initiative Budget” starts on February 1

The first season of the 2026 “Initiative Budget” program will begin on February 1. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This season marks the tenth, or jubilee, season since the introduction of the “Initiative Budget” practice. The process is organized in several stages.

Specifically, from February 1 to 20, citizens can submit their projects. From February 21 to March 7, the submitted projects will be reviewed.

From March 8 to 10, promotion of the projects will take place. The voting process for the projects will be held from March 11 to 20.

During this period, citizens will have the opportunity to support the projects they favor. Additional winners will be announced from March 21 to 31.

The main winning projects will be officially announced on March 21, Navruz holiday. The “Initiative Budget” process encourages citizens to actively participate in the development of their regions and contributes to the sustainable development of society.
