President Mirziyoyev reviewed the "New Uzbekistan" complex

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the "New Uzbekistan" complex being constructed in Jarqo‘rg‘on district of Surxondaryo region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This project is being implemented to create decent living conditions for the population in our country. According to the decree dated October 12, 2021, measures for the construction of "New Uzbekistan" complexes and socio-economic development of the areas have been outlined.
In Jarqo‘rg‘on, based on modern urban planning requirements, the construction of 116 multi-storey buildings on an area of 50 hectares is planned. Currently, a polyclinic, a kindergarten with 180 places, a school with 330 places, and a neighborhood building have been put into operation.
Residents have moved into 1,500 households in 68 houses. Additionally, an information technology and English language training center has started operating, 7 micro-centers and 5 trade and household service facilities have been built.
Drinking water, heating networks, and gas pipelines have been installed, and transformers have been set up. Green areas and saxaul planting works have also been carried out.
In the future, the construction of about 50 more houses is planned. This year, the construction of 14 multi-storey residential buildings, new roads, and a recreation park is planned.
The head of state familiarized himself with the conditions created at school No. 66 in the complex, as well as the opportunities organized for children with disabilities. More than 500 students are studying at the school, and special specialists are working there.
Our president emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence and digitalization in the lives of young people.
