The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan took place

On March 5, reports emerged about drone attacks on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This incident caused great concern in the region. In this regard, a telephone conversation took place between Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Baxtiyor Saidov and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
During the conversation, Jeyhun Bayramov provided detailed information about the attack on Nakhchivan. It was revealed that as a result of the drone attacks, civilians were harmed and significant damage was inflicted on civilian infrastructure.
The Uzbek side expressed serious concern over this attack and emphasized that such actions violate the principles of international law. It was also noted that any actions violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another state are completely unacceptable.
This situation should remain a focus of the international community to ensure peace and stability in the region.
