Cold weather is expected in Uzbekistan at the beginning of March

Cold and humid airflows are expected to enter the territory of Uzbekistan from March 9 to March 12. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to meteorologists, the weather will change sharply during these days. In particular, rain is expected from March 9 to March 11, which may turn into snow in some places.
Especially in mountainous and foothill areas, heavy precipitation is likely. Additionally, wind speeds will increase, reaching 15-20 meters per second in some areas, and up to 22-25 meters per second in others.
This requires the population to be cautious. Air temperature will drop significantly from March 10 to March 12.
In northern regions, nighttime temperatures are expected to be between -7 and -10 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures between 0 and -3 degrees Celsius. In other regions, on March 11 and 12, nighttime temperatures may be between 0 and -3 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius.
