Projects worth $16.2 billion approved in Tashkent

The master plan of Tashkent city is moving to a new stage. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The main goal of this plan is to develop the city's infrastructure and create comfortable conditions for the population. Within the framework of these goals, 31 large projects worth a total of 16.2 billion dollars have been approved.
These changes serve to shape the capital's appearance based on modern requirements. According to the approved program, the majority of the projects, namely 28, are aimed at constructing modern residential complexes and service facilities for the population.
Additionally, the city plans to build 5 new hotels, 2 large business centers, trade and business complexes, a modern medical center, and comfortable dormitories for students. Innovations in urban planning policy are not limited to construction alone.
In accordance with the changes introduced to the master plan, renovation strategies will be implemented in 203 areas, reconstruction in 46 areas, and conservation in 23 areas. These measures will enable the harmonization of the capital's historical and modern parts and allow for efficient use of urban territories.
