A significant initiative has been launched in Uzbekistan to support the talented young generation — an international boarding school named after Al-Beruni will be established within the framework of the "President's Talented Children" program. This was specifically emphasized in the presidential decree.
Education in accordance with international standards
The new school will start its activities in the 2025–2026 academic year and will provide students not only with a state-standard certificate but also with the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, which is internationally recognized for admission to leading foreign universities.
Individual approach and modern education format
The educational process at the school will be conducted based on the needs and abilities of each child. To achieve this, a "1 teacher — 15 students" and "1 consultant — 8 students" system will be implemented. This format serves to work effectively with each student and support their personal development.
Multiple languages — broad opportunities
In addition to English, students will have the opportunity to learn at least one more foreign language. This will help them to be competitive in the international arena.
Limited but quality admission
The number of students receiving education at the school funded by the state budget is limited to 180. This figure aims to achieve high results based on quality and individual approach.
Preparation for scientific projects and startups
For young people, not only theoretical knowledge but also practical activities are important. Therefore, the school will provide full support to students in forming a portfolio for conducting research, innovative startups, and social projects.
From the editorial office of Zamin.uz:
The establishment of the Al-Beruni school may mark a new stage in Uzbekistan's education sector. A strong platform will be created here to develop the scientific potential, international knowledge needs, and social activity of the developing generation. How do you evaluate this project? Would you or your child like to take advantage of such an opportunity?
