Possibility to submit online applications for changing vehicle license plates has been created

A new opportunity has been created for car owners through the Single Interactive State Services Portal. Zamin.uz reported this.
Now, it is possible to apply online via the my.gov.uz website to replace damaged state license plates. This update was introduced to save drivers' time and simplify the use of government services.
The procedure for using the service is very simple. The user must log in to the portal through their personal profile and fill out the relevant electronic form.
To speed up the application review process and accurately confirm the condition of the plates, a high-quality photo of the damaged state license plate is required to be attached. Once the submitted application is reviewed by the relevant authorities, an invoice for payment will be sent through the system.
After making the specified payment, the car owner must visit the regional office to hand over the old plates and receive the new ones. The service prices are calculated based on the established base calculating value.
The cost of replacing a full set of car license plates, meaning both front and rear, is 4.5 base calculating values, which totals 1 million 854 thousand soums. If only one plate needs to be replaced, the cost is 2.25 base calculating values or 927 thousand soums.
